BASC Property Services Ltd was founded by sole trader Ben A S Colclough in early 2020 and has been serving the Southampton area since.

I started working professionally as a handyman/builder in 2019 but have several years of extensive DIY experience before that.

I regularly take on a variety of jobs, including:

Carpentry (doors, skirting, handrails, flooring, architrave and more)
Kitchen and bathroom fitting
Fencing and decking
Groundwork and gardening
Patios and block paving
Plumbing

I pride myself in being able to offer a very personalised service and final product. Alongside my common callouts, I've also been commissioned to undertake some more bespoke projects such as:

Designing and erecting custom climbing frames
Constructing sheds and lean-tos
Installing and expanding loft access hatches
