  We worked with Baseline to refurbish and install a new kitchen, paint the living room, hallway, and exterior entrance, as well as refurbish door frames and install new architraves. Calum, Genti, Alex, and the team demonstrated great professionalism and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. They attentively listened to our needs and provided effective solutions when necessary. Additionally, they undertook extra tasks that minimally impacted our timeline. Their adept management ensured the project was completed successfully within our tight deadline.

  A great team to work with

  Baseline did a full renovation of my house, including a rear single storey extension. Calum and his team were fantastic throughout the project. Work was carried out to a high standard and everyone at Baseline clearly has pride in their work. Calum made sure we were kept informed at every stage, making suggestions to improve the project/save money and sent photos whenever we were unable to be there. Options were explained clearly and Calum listened to what we wanted and was able to make it happen. Baseline made the project as stress-free as possible and we would definitely use them again.

  Value for money and good workmanship

  "Contacted Baseline in October 2025 arranged site visit, Callum identified crumbling wall as damp between kitchen /shower room. Also large crack which appeared in kitchen wall. Estimate received but in meantime noticed crack appearing between extension and main house Callum visited and we agreed on helix rods, filling in of surface cracks, a few new slates on roof, repaint of extension. Accepted both estimates work to commence in January. The 2 workers were courteous, friendly, hard workers who ensured our kitchen and bathroom floors were well protected . Estimates itemised, reasonable cost

  Full flat renovation

  We had our flat completely renovated by Baseline. The team were reliable and always did the things they said they would. There were no hidden costs. Excellent communications, so we always knew what was going on, what our options were and what decisions we needed to make. Very helpful, friendly and offering ideas and suggestions to get the best possible outcome. They project managed everything.
