We ordered water softener block salt from Basingstoke Softeners Limited. Really fast delivery which we had real time tracking for, what a great idea. The price we paid was very competative too.

Great service from this company - Glen was charming and explained all & answered all my queries. Within 2/52 Stephen arrived, on time, explained all and got to work - friendly, professional and went through everything once he had installed the softener. Went through everything and checked I was happy, tidied up everything, and once he left you would never know anyone had been. Very happy with my new “soft” water taps, shower screen sparkling! Have no hesitations in recommending this company.

My water softener started making terrible noises so I called Basingstoke Softeners to arrange for it to be fixed. Tim came and replaced the shuttle valve and now it’s working fine again. Like another reviewer said it turned out the part was still under warranty so that saved me some money! I also had a new drinking water tap installed at the same time. I’m very pleased with both jobs especially as the cost was less than I feared it would be.

Fantastic from start to finish. GlenVery knowledgable at the quoting stage and responsive to changes we wanted to make (by phone & email). The work was carried out politely, professionally & the engineer gave clear advice on how to use the products before he left. Overall highly recommend.
