We have been ordering our block salt from Basingstoke Softeners for a while now and the service has been excellent. Today we had a new Water Softener installed by engineer Tim following a service of the present one and once again our experience including advice given was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have a filter water system and get regular cartridge replacements from Basingstoke Softeners. They are competitively priced and they remind me when the next one is due. When they deliver they give a date and time slot and keep me updated. Great service from a local supplier.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. All staff are competent, professional and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful. We had a 9-year review of our softener and the engineer was professional, friendly and dealt with an unexpected problem with calmness and efficiency. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
