  100% service and work.

Tom came out in less than 12 hours of posting my job. He was friendly and honest and gave a more than reasonable quote and included some advice even if we didnt use his services. The work is excellent and was carried out within the week. Would 100% recommend this service for roofing requirements. Tom sorted our bay window roof.

  Complete re-tiling of the roof

Luke and his men were initially engaged in to fix slipped tiles on the roof of our three storey house. It soon became and clear the roof was in a poor state and more work was needed. I was shown photos and videos of the tiles and underlying felt and timbers. A full re-roofing was needed. There was no delay, the work began immediately. Bastfix organised the scaffolding and arrived the next day with a full crew of men. The work was completed in four days. The roof now looks magnificent. It was tested two days later in a thunderstorm with torrential rain. All good. I fully recommend Bastfix to anyone who needs work on the roof of their property. Excellent work, great team and very well managed project. Thank you.

Replacement of coverings on bay windows with rubber

This company was excellent from start to finish. Luke provided great advice and a detailed quote for the works that we required. Luke arrived on the day of installation with his workers at the stated time and started the job with them. He then left his workers to it but not before telling us what was happening. Wayne, Jamie and Connor did a fabulous job, they were all very polite and treated us and our property with complete respect. They went out of their way to make sure our job was completed that day, staying late and even replacing some roof tiles free of charge. They also made sure that they left our property as they found it, which was very much appreciated. The works completed look great and very professional! We are really happy and would 100% use them again and of course recommend them. Thank you!
