This was my first time using Bastion electrical and I was very impressed. Garry made it easy to arrange a date and time to carry out the work, he arrived at the time we arranged and carried out the work professionally. He is easy to chat to which made discussing the job very easy. I will be using him again and would happily recommend him.

Garry was very quick to help me fix my non-working light upstairs. He had a lot of good ideas which helped remedy the fault and everything is working fine again. Very efficient and quick service, no complaints.

Garry was excellent and very friendly the work he carried out was very good and he even went out of his way to go to screwfix and get the part we need could not fault his work at all .

I called Garry and he came round promptly. He was very helpful in determining what had been causing a short in the system. Within an hour the problem was solved. He was incredibly professional and I will definitely be calling him in the future for any electrical work.

On time, dealt with obstacles really well, efficient, clean and tidy, informed all the way and kept up to speed on developments. Every job throws up a few surprises, these were discussed, solutions found and I paid for the extra work. A real pleasure dealing with Gary and I will use him again.
