Terrible company do not use this company! Called around a few skip companies in the area as was looking for one that would accomodate a first am drop off due to contractor obligations. They promised we would be first. On the day called at 9am as was told between 7-7.30am first drop off. Was told at this time I shouldnt of been told this as am means up to 12:30. Got to 12:30 still no skip, called again to be told he was just on his way back out should be should be 20 mins. Skip was not dropped off until 13:19 which didnt even make morning.

We have been waiting 2 days now for skip delivery in spite of booking last month and a phone call from our builder the due date of delivery. What annoys me the most is the fact that we have been lied to. Yesterday Bateman’s assured us our skip was on the lorry and out for delivery. More than 3 phone calls later we were told the driver did not have enough time to collect a skip and deliver before his hours ran out. Today we were told to expect the skip at 0600. We were then told it would be delivered by 0930. It’s now after 1200 and still no skip.

Skip delivered promptly and to the right spot

Queries dealt with quickly. Driver very friendly and chatted about his son taking his driving test which I liked. Competitive price for the skip and I would use again. .

Soon as I called they did the change overs, the drivers and office staff were friendly
