Aaron fitted two wardrobes in my small London flat. He was excellent from start to finish. He was able to advise on design. He made everything so easy. He was quick, clean and tidy and there was minimum disruption. He is a perfectionist and work was competed on time. He also changed light sockets, plug sockets, and put up floating shelves. I’d had a bad experience with a previous builder fit my kitchen and he put right everything that had been done badly - he sorted dangerous wiring, earthed the cooker and hob, and replaced cracked floor tiles. I am so grateful to him. Fantastic workmanship.

Aaron did an amazing job, aiding us design sourcing materials, and constructing a custom wardrobe in a small London flat, including painting. Our storage has increased massively and we're super happy with the results He was able to knock out a few other odd jobs including a new frame and hanging a bedroom door and planing down a catching front door All within time and a decent price for the quality of workmanship

We needed a complete loft conversion including roof, flooring, insulation, velux windows, plumbing and electrical, as well as tiling. From beginning to end Bates Build & Design were professional, tidy and completed the work to budget and on time. We were particularly pleased with the communication and the desire to do a great job, with real attention to detail. Our finished project looks great and we're very pleased with the results.
