My bathroom has been refitted with the bath removed and a shower installed. The young men who refitted it worked efficiently and importantly to time. I would recommend them as a team, especially to the elderly as they were pleasant and unobstrusive!! Richard the owner of the company is easy to contact with any questions and always returned any calls. Altogether I am well pleased with with my new bathroom and importantly at a reasonable price.

From start to finish, all dealings with this company were dealt with in a timely fashion. Richard came out to give us a quote & offered advice, not knowing if we would go with them or not. Once we’d accepted the quote, which was received within 4 days, we were offered 3 dates for the work to start. We were sent a full run down of work to be completed & their terms & conditions. Once the job was started, Dom & Finn worked efficiently & kept everything clean & tidy. They were friendly & respectful of our home at all times. I’m very pleased with the end result & would definitely recommend.

Richard came to renovate our Bathroom and did a fantastic job, the standard of work was really high and Richard and his team were easy to get along with, professional and punctual

Richard and the team installed a new bathroom for us, including levelling the floor and installing a new ceiling. From start to finish, they worked professionally and carefully. Richard provided a detailed and itemised quote and the team ensured everything was completed as requested. Really happy with the job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I love my new bathroom! Very high standard of work. Worked round problems encountered with a couple of plumbing issues from previous bathroom installation. Tidied up at the end of each day with a very good tidy up at the end of the job including removal of all rubbish. Highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to use Bates Plumbers again.
