Andy gutted our en-suite, replaster-boarded, put in insulation, plastered, fitted our en-suite shower, toilet & sink, laid the floor and painted. Everything was done to a high standard and to the quote. He worked tidily and communicated throughout the job. He was happy to provide advice when we needed it.

Bath Craft renovated our ensuite. They did a full strip out, re-plaster-boarded, put in insulation, plastered walls, painted, laid the flooring and fitted the sink, toilet and shower. All work was done to a very high standard. Andy communicated well and was very tidy.

Andy has completed installation of two new bathrooms in our family home, following installation of a different bathroom a few years ago. We had no hesitation in calling Andy again following the excellent previous work. Andy is clear and honest in his pricing, and is flexible in his approach. He is neat and tidy, always leaving the workplace clean overnight. He is knowledgable about products and takes care and attention with finishes, as if he was installing his own bathrooms. I don't often complete these surveys but I have done here becuase I would very highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience whilst renovating our Ensuite bathroom. Will was professional throughout & very accommodating to additional things we asked for as the project progressed. The final outcome of both bathrooms were perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again Will and Andy for all of your dedication and clean work. We are over the moon with the final result and could have never envisioned such a brilliant outcome.

Andy was fantastic and I would highly recommend. All the pre meetings re-assured us that he knew what he was doing and we were going to get an excellent finished product. He went above and beyond and took the time to fix some other issues they uncovered along the way. They managed the project despite us being on holiday and kept us informed with daily updates. The end product is really modern looking and exactly what we were after!
