Job agreed over a month ago. Emailed James the night before to get the following response: "I’m extremely sorry I’d forgotten to contact you sooner, I’ve got a building inspection for a large job I’ve been doing in Bristol tomorrow all day, is there any way I can reschedule for another day? " I do not live in Bath, had to take a day's holiday and if I'd have not contacted him the night before would have wasted 150 miles and 3 hours of travel. I hope your big jobs do you well. As a professional I would have expected better. Don't reschedule - I can't afford to take holidays for a flaker.
