  Fix of wet underfloor heating system

  Really good comms about visits and good explanation of work needed and done. Very thorough, a few visits to make sure the treatment was working and the end result was functioning properly. Would highly recommend L and S of The Bathroom Shop ??

  Replaced floorboards, wall and bath due to leak

  Sloppy finish, had to return and redo bits - filled some gaps myself. After 2 weeks, overflow pipe came loose. They promised to fix. Waited a week, no show, then shower head wall bracket came loose, bath started creaking under weight. Messages ignored, had to complain to head office but only offered same people to fix. Got someone else myself - bath legs hadn't been fitted properly (nut and plate missing), floorboard flexing under weight, wrong wood used, washer on overflow on wrong side of bath, panel poorly fitted. Abysmal workmanship and communication.

  Underfloor heating wet system valve problem with

  Bathroom Shop Ltd visited on the day of my post to the site, very prompt service. Great communication throughout and clear explanation of the problem and recommendations for keeping the under floor heating in good working condition. Friendly polite tradesmen, would highly recommend them

  New shower installation

  We had to have a new shower installed after ours broke. From start to finish communication was clear and the quote was accurate. We were consulted throughout to make sure things were as we envisioned and any changes we requested were made without complaint. Lawrie (owner), Dan and Jake (installers) also have to be some of the nicest guys in the business. Lawrie even brought us flowers upon finish. We would hire them again should our other bathroom need redoing.

  Replace bath with walk in shower, raise toilet and move towel rail.

  We were very pleased with the work done. Very clean and tidy and to a good standard. Good communication throughout. Very touched by the bunch of flowers left by Jake and Daniel wishing us well in our new home.
