Repair of faulty alarm system
Outstanding in all respects. Other alarm company told me I needed a whole new system. But BAT Security completely fixed my existing system, making it work perfectly, and saving me lots of money and unnecessary works. Furthermore Bill was on time, very polite, explained everything I needed to know perfectly, and left the house with a very satisfied customer. I am 66 and have dealt with many companies but this one is right up there with the very best. Thank you.

New alarm system
Very happy with my new alarm system installed very tidily by Bill, who explained the key features of the system. Linking it to my phone gives me Peace of mind that I can check the status when away from home. The extra internal siren and strobe will really light the place up if an intruder enters, it’s loud..!! Like most things today, there’s no written user instructions but the full 67 page version is available on the Eaton website which is very comprehensive. Finally, I’d recommend the BAT system for a value for money alarm.

Disabling house alarm that was giving spurious alters
Our external alarm bell was bleeping uncontrollably and couldn’t be disabled. Called bill in the evening and he came to help us on Good Friday morning - a day he had planned to take off. He was the utmost professional, courteous and very tidy and organised. Sorted things out very quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use again.
