Tree Reductions
Seb & his crew were friendly, polite, respectful, prompt & hard working. They completed the work, (crown reductions & thinning), within the time frame & even put up a bat box, which was handmade by one of their team. They left the garden tidy and were considerate of our neighbours' gardens as well. We are very pleased with the finished result. The trees are greatly improved & are a better shape & overall condition. We have already recommended them to others. Thank you, to all of you.

Shrubs trimmed.
I found the firm on Checkatrade and after exchanging a few emails someone from the firm called at my home to look at the job and see what I required doing. After receiving a detailed estimate of cost I confirmed a date for the work to be done. The team turned up on time and did the work exactly as I required. They were very professional and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Cut down a eucalyptus tree
The two guys that came were very friendly. They carried out the job quickly and efficiently and cleared up afterwards. One of them kindly left a pile of leaves for my house bunny who loves eucalyptus!

Crown reduction and thinning of a number of trees
Absolutely delighted with the whole experience and the highly skilled work undertaken. Batson’s have provided a highly professional and well priced service from first contact through to completion of the job. Batson Groundcare Ltd are a family run business based in Tow Law, County Durham. We have specialised in Tree Care, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance for over 40 years.

Our teams work across the North East region, working with a vast range of domestic and commercial clients.

We deliver a wide spectrum of Arboriculture services across multiple sectors. Because of our extensive knowledge and over 40 years of experience within the industry our highly qualified and skilled Arborists are able to provide a five-star, bespoke service to all of our clients.

We offer the full Arboriculture package, from tree surveys, tree maintenance and removal, vegetation clearance and management works, to preparing and maintaining tailor-made tree management plans.

Batson Groundcare Ltd pride themselves on their specially trained, diverse workforce, specialist equipment and customer focused work ethic to build and develop exceptional long-term working relationships with our clients.

Our staff are trained, qualified, and experienced in tree work operations. All core personnel have National Proficiency Test Council (NPTC) certification for aerial tree climbing, pruning, dismantling and the use of chainsaws in relation to tree processing and felling. We use British Standard 3998:2010 Tree Work Recommendations and all works are undertaken with these recommendations as a framework.
