Air source pump and solar panels, as part of green fund grant, fitted in Sept 2023. Wrong size heat source pump fitted, solar panels not signed up to earn from the grid. Put heat pump source cylinder in cupboard it was too big for, we’re coming back to fit door back on, still waiting. Pipe from old boiler left in place. Host of other problems, despite complaints still failing to answer emails and calls. Terrible company, we were lied to and ignored when ever we tried to sort out the installation. They surveyed the job began and stopped haf way through blaming their own surveyor and then tried to claim the job was completed before the panels were even on the roof. Never been finished my children and I hav been left since the 6th of dec 22 with no heat or hot water . The company say they will come and fix it but don’t turn up . Over and over . I feel so sorry for my children one with CLD I’ve let them down , we are not looking forward to the freezing weather next week . The house is going damp . The floors are co cold . Ice inside the windows . Extremely upsetting and making us all iLL . The constant messing ing and being ignored . Is very stressful . I’m at a loss as to what to do now ?
