Remedial work to several window Frames and cills which were incorrectly fitted by the supplier.

First project was to install a deck between the backdoor and the patio, creating a seamless walkway for my elderly husband who is very unsteady on his feet. The work was to such a high standard, Dave and his team were asked to relay the old, uneven patio. Sourced paving slabs to be delivered in time and within budget. Meticulous attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble; making a ramp and shallow steps, installing handrails, refurbing shed. Superb value for money. We now have a safe environment for our young grandchildren to play on. So thankful to have found Bay and Oaks!

Came to us by recommendation and we would have no hesitation in recommending them ourselves. The work completed was exactly what we asked for and to a very high standard. Dave and Matt did a fantastic job at a very competitive price and we were absolutely delighted with the finished product. All done in reasonable time. Would definitely be at the top of our list to call for anything in the future.

Cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. Finding good, reliable trades is hard enough but I live in New York and was trying to find someone to build a deck for my parents and repair their shed. David stood out head and shoulders above everyone who quoted for the job. The materials were on site promptly and once the job began he and his team were brilliant. Prompt, hard-working, diligent with a level of professionalism and courtesy you rarely seem to see these days. The job was done on time, in budget and beautifully done. What more can you ask for - highly recommended

Work was done carefully to remove chimney breast as in semi detached house. Plastering and painting done with minimal mess. Friendly, trustworthy team who arrived as agreed. Have subsequently had extra work completed by BayOaks ; painting woodwork and walls in the house and redoing the garden for us. Very happy with all the work.
