Mark is an excellent builder. Really impressed with the quality of his work and all the tradesmen working with him. They were all very personable and fun to work with. They were punctual and Mark worked exclusively on our build. He was happy to do some extra small jobs that we added. All changes to the original estimate were discussed and agreed. We were very impressed with how he coped with shortages of supplies, price increases and delivery delays. I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve just had the pleasure of having Mark and his team create us a stunning open plan kitchen dining living space. The work wasn’t always straightforward but we rested easy knowing that Mark would overcome any hurdle which he very much did. Mark was very organised and communication was on point the whole way through. We are absolutely delighted with the new space which is better than we could’ve ever imagined. Mark and everyone in his team are extremely professional experts in their trade, and an absolute pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend Bay Developments, they are amazing!

From start to finish, we were impressed by Mark and the team he has put together. He is organised and kept us well informed throughout the build. Mark pre-empted supply issues due to Covid, he ran a clean and tidy site, and neighbours have remarked how courteous he was. He went beyond and above what was expected, coming up with solution to problems, suggesting tweaks to the design that made a huge difference, and proposing ideas to future proof the house so any future building work is less disruptive.
