Paul provided a reasonable quotation for the work and it was started and completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. From quotation to commencement of the work, Paul maintained good level of communication. A genuine tradesman Paul after closer inspection of the leadwork at the base of chimney; realised that it did not need replacement and advised me of this fact and therefore reduced his final invoice accordingly (which was a very welcome surprise) and demonstrated Paul's trustworthiness. He also carried out all the work in a safe and controlled manner cleaning up as he went along.
