We were recommended Bayliss Roofing from a good friend of mine, Paul came round and was very professional with his knowledge and answered all of are questions and gave us some good ideas. We had his quote in a sort time which was very competitive, once we had agreed he gave us a date and started on this day after the scaffolding had been put around the house. They made a lovely job of bedding on all the hips and ridges and they replaced all of the fascia with brown plastic and fitted all deep flow guttering and downpipes, we are over the moon with their workmanship, fully recommend.

Paul was great to deal with. Very responsive, and got the job done far faster than I anticipated. The quality of his work looks good, and additionally he cleaned the moss off the roof while he was there.

This was the third time we have used Paul because of his excellent workmanship, keeping us informed at all times of progress and tidying up afterwards. The cement at the gable ends and under the ridge tiles was no longer securing the tiles so Paul took all the tiles off, cleaned them and removed all the old cement and then re-cemented before replacing the tiles. He did an excellent job and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Crumbling cement along with a row of tiles, removed from the front to rear of the house. Tiles made good and replaced with clips and new cement, all to a very high standard. Scaffolding erected and dismantled and the area left clean and tidy. Very please with the outcome.

Leak under my 13 year old solar panels coming into the upstairs bedroom. Paul rang me up after contacting him through check-a-trade and he came round the next day to survey the issue. Was very knowledgeable and had a good initial idea of what the problem was. A quote came in via email the next day and we agreed a suitable time for the repairs. All work was carried out within a couple of days with the solar panels removed at my request. Replaced any broken slates and after we ran a leak test with the hose the leak is now gone. Top notch work.
