Amazing service, even though he couldnt repair our washer, the advice he gave was awesome! Thank you!

Eddie was on time, friendly, polite, and obviously knowledgable. He looked at all aspects of the job, and found the freezer iced up behind the back panel which he sorted. He discovered the appliance wasnt secured in the cabinet properly so was moving and the doors wernt shutting properly. He went above and beyond and secured it for me so the doors now shut properly. The fridge temp now reading 4 degrees. I will definately contact him again if I have any issues in the future. Thankyou eddie, a job well done

Eddie was really great with accommodating an appointment during a really busy week in which I didn’t have much time but needed some advice on my cooker. Eddie was thorough when carrying out the assessment. He went through things methodically, explained everything along the way and was able to describe the problems to me and recommend solutions. Eddie is a complete gentleman, friendly, kind and knowledgable. I would definitely use him again.
