  Two flat roofs that needed repair

  Marcus and his team worked incredibly hard and communicated well to let us know when they would be doing the work. The weather was challenging. The quote was very competitive and they offered good advice on the best method of repairing / maintaining both my extension & garage flat roofs. They were always professional and courteous We are really pleased with the quality of the finish and would thoroughly recommend the company.

  New Fiberglass Flat Roof

  Marcus was very knowledgeable when he came out to quote us, we had confidence in him and decided to go with him as opposed to the other quotes. We paid the deposit a week before the due date but he called us to see if we wanted them to start a day earlier, this was great for us so his team arrived prompt on that morning as organised. Nice friendly lads that have carried out the repair (was quite a difficult one aswell) to a perfect standard. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with the work done and the price we paid. Highly recommend Bayside roofing & building.

  Leaking Roof investigated, identified, and addressed quickly

  Marcus was extremely communicative, very contactable, and supremely reassuring. Showed up on time, did what was promised, and fixed the issue. He sent pictures and videos of before/after on the roof so I could see the evident issues, and subsequent fixes. (Before/after attached) Very pleased with the service, cheers!
