Everything was excellent, but if I did have to mark him down a little it would be on tidiness as he left behind the empty box from the spare part he had installed. Perhaps that will give a little bit of insight into the high standard of his work if such a small thing was the worst aspect of my experience. He diagnosed the fault, explained the solution, and replaced the worn out component. I would be happy to recommend Ben to any potential customer wanting heating work done.
