Given a date to start that was a bank hol so that had to be changed, incorrect quote missing out vital part of job so unexpected extra costs added and no compromise received, project manager agreed to do an extra job creating 2 window openings whilst on site - I paid deposit to window company then he failed to do that part of the job on two occasions, massive battle to be compensated for his failing. Management wise I am very disappointed, workmen were good. Ongoing issue with leaking which took months to get someone out, Matthew takes ages to reply to emails and still have minor issue!!!

Received email response 17th July advising I would be contacted in 24 hours. Three weeks later I am still waiting for a call.

Friendly, helpful and easy to contact. Did a good job repairing a solar PV system at a reasonable price. Excellent.

The work took longer than planned due to the Covid-19 outbreak but was finished to a high standard. B Ball Contractors worked well with our architect and planning control to ensure everything happened as planned. They also coordinated well with local suppliers to enable us to select what we needed and for them to install everything to schedule. Communication from the whole team was good, which included upcoming work and any changes. If we had a similar project in the future, they would be our first call for a quote. The kitchen in our new home was very small. We needed to create a new larger kitchen. We needed; an internal wall between the kitchen and a bedroom removed, ceiling and floor levelled, water pipes rerouted, heating pipes relocated, a bedroom door blocked up and lighting and sockets added. Then the new kitchen installed, new flooring laid, blinds put up and the space redecorated. All this professionally managed by Tony R and ably carried out by his team who were; pleasant, helpful and professional over a 4 week period. They left the site tidy every day and we're very pleased with the result.
