  Wetroom.

  Fantastic. I have a disabled husband, who requires a Wetroom, Corin was great listen to my concerns of what was needed for my husband, his crew were great as my husband gets very cross and forgetful and he can say things that can offend, but they were great listen to him, then asked me for clarification, as a carer it is very important that my husband needs are addressed. I would recommend this company, the quotes were very good, awaiting when they can do the main bathroom as well.

  New bathroom installed. Old bathroom converted into a study. Re-tiling. New boiler installed

  Corin and his team were professional, courteous and hard working. I would recommend them as they were competent and accommodating. I have given them 9 or 10 except for minor issues regarding time keeping as the plumber contracted to complete the work had personal problems which he needed to attend to. Yet, to be fair, they tried their utmost to make up the missed time. The only annoyance was that sometimes they did not clean up, for eg, after fitting a radiator in the new study, the detritus was left for us to clear, incl, disposing of the old radiator. Aside from this, they were great.

  Major leak - entire wet room replacement, a lot of pipework in concrete replaced, new wood flooring, decorating.

  The job escalated significantly (unexpected issues, more extensive damage, preventative works) and I appreciated Corin being so accommodating and helpful - proactively highlighting possible future issues and remedies. Unfortunately carelessness of decorators not sealing off non-work area left every single non-clothing object I own and all kitchen items, incl. Everything in cupboards, covered in thick dust. They attempted to fix but poorly, so left 2 days stress and cleaning for me. But, the end finish was very good and Corin and his guys are some of the better tradesmen I've ever dealt with.

  Convert bathroom/toilet into a wetroom

  Corin started work on 10th January 2018. Ignored my instructions on detailed drawings. Struggled demolishing wall. I had to lend him my sledge hammer. Poorly fitted door frame, horrendous plastering, fitted wet room former on wrong position. Took £8400 from me. Walked off site 22nd January. Refused to pay back any money. Left 2 pensioners with no bathroom. His estimate was illiterate and very ambiguous. Reported to Trading Standards.

  This customer provided a drawing a child drew which didn't measure up in his bathroom. He didn't have any building or construction knowledge but knew everything. The electrician condemned all of the customer diy work. We walked of site due to him being rude & abusive to myself / my daughter / the roofers / two bathroom fitters. He had another bathroom upstairs too. All works was to a high standard as usual. This customer also called me a liar when I said I’d been to visit my father who is terminally ill in hospital. That was the final straw.

  Complete bathroom renovation.

  Corin, and his team has done a fantastic job. Their work and their craftsmanship was second to none, he keep us informed all the way ,and help us with great suggestions, out all the trades we have used he is simply head and shoulders above the rest. We will be having him back to do our downstairs bathroom. We are one very satisfied customer, and can not rate him highly enough.
