Five stars - Brilliant experience

I wouldn’t hesitate in using Barry again, he was amazing. I had lost my only car key and he replied to my request in a few minutes. He arrived promptly and spent over 2 hours trying to sort me out with a new key, but as my car is so old it wasn’t easy. He persevered - coming back later with another idea instead of giving up - and got me into my car with a new key. He wasn’t going to charge me unless he managed it but I’m so glad he did. Great experience - would definitely use him again.

Front door lock repair

Bit of a panic as was unable to lock my front door lock from the outside. Called BB Locksmiths and Barry was there within 20 min. Explained the problem and the cost. Repaired the lock quickly and think he's bit of a perfectionist as wasn't happy with the first replacement part as very security conscious. Also gave some helpful advice regarding security. Asked whether I was happy for him to dispose of the waste parts. Highly recommend BB Locksmiths.

New locking system

Barry is very professional and clearly enjoys a challenge. Quick to respond and, in his words, excited to work on Mark 1 Ford Focus. Not a straightforward job. Barry was very honest, costing out the options, ultimately replacing the whole locking system. He had absolutely no issue coming back a 3rd time to correct a subsequent snag with a window. Great service

Patio door eurolock kept jamming

Barry was very helpful on the phone, and had lots of good advice when he was at my property too. Yes I am using my deadbolt lock every time now! He invoiced for the amount agreed on the phone. No complaints here, lock has worked ever since (it's only been a week!).

Patio Doors

We were unable to lock out patio doors securely and contacted check a trade. Barry from BB Locksmith came the same morning to discover the door had dropped and he was able to fix it immediately. Very courteous, pleasant and tidy, we would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
