  Recommend Ben and his team

Ben and his team have carried out a lot of work at my house recently - plastering, decorating, repairing coving and roofing. All the work was completed to a high standard at a reasonable price. Ben was always very helpful and responsive and all his team are skilled, courteous and friendly. I am very happy to recommend Ben’s company.

  Friendly building services

We hired BB Lofts & Extensions Ltd to convert our loft into a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and to build a corridor to the first floor bathroom preventing having to walk through the bedroom as it was originally built. He also knocked out our chimney breasts and installed a new second bathroom. Ben communicated well throughout and was proactive in managing the project including arranging architect and building control. We were so pleased with the work, the timely completion and the tidiness of the team. Everyone was really friendly and the new rooms are fantastic!

  Fantastic Job Reliable

Ben and his guys were always on time worked hard always neat and tidy. Did a great job on my roof and loft repairs plus boarding my loft off which wasn’t an easy job to fix. Very fair price can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend! See you for my bathroom and kitchen guys!

  Full property refurb

Ben and his team completed a full refurb of my home, including removal of multiple chimneys, knocking through walls, putting in French doors, redoing all the electrics and plumping, removing asbestos ceilings, and replastering the whole house. They completed the work at a reasonable price and to a high standard, with Ben keeping me updated throughout the project. He also ensured the work was completed in a timely manner. And made sure specialist tradesman completed the relevant work. I would highly recommend Ben and his team and will definitely be using him for future projects.

It was to clear the bottom of a blocked drain pipe. He was quick and efficient. I was very grateful. ☺️
