Messaged eric at 11 ocklock to confirm if he was definitely coming and let him know that I will have to catch 2 buses to get to my property as I am not staying there and he told me he would be there at 2 and he did not turn up, neither did he answer my phonecalls or reply to my messages, I messaged him to tell him lateness was not a big issue and I wouldnt mind waiting around till 5 as long as he turned up, and he replied saying 'sorry for the inconvenience I thought I messaged you to tell you I could not make it'...absolute joke and a waste of time.
