  Unfinished job & poor communication

  WARNING: I cannot recommend Billy who has failed to finish the job and left me with 1000mm x 600mm hole in the roof. Billy ignores any email, text or voicemail message asking for updates on completion. He is only in touch for payment, and makes empty promises about coming back to finish the job. Giving dates that pass without him ever turning up or getting in contact to arrange an alternative one. I am currently 8 weeks down the line with an opening for a skylight that is not water tight /has no glazing . I am now forced to find another roofer to finish the job.

  Replacing a tiled roof with a flat roof

  We had a leaking tile roof. Upon inspection, Billy recommended a flat roof due to the very low pitch of the roof. Billy and team were extremely professional and friendly. They arrived on time and carried out the roof job as agreed. They tidied up the at the end and left the site in a very clean state. I would gladly recommend BC roofing to anyone needing their roof fixed or replaced!
