I hired BCK to do what I thought was a fairly simple job: apply with brish 4 coats of a specific water based sealent which I free issued to them. Their quotation was competitive, they promised a quick turnaround and they were polite/swift to respond. They were indeed very quick to do the job. Too quick in fact to do it properly given that it takes time to apply a coat by brush and let the product fully cure before you apply next coat. When I complained, they politely tried to fix the problem but I believe they did nothing. Anyway, I wasted £700 on that job and got nothing in return.

Very ‘mature’ teak Asian furniture. Totally washed out and loose dowels. Now looks AMAZING!
