  To fix a faulty pump which had been working well for manyyears

  Mr Covington took a simple problem - one pump which was making noise - and turned it into a massive mess. Installing a complex two pump system - which makes more noise than ever - and constantly failing. Something that worked well for 12 years, now making my tenants lives a misery. And refuses to acknowledge his mistakes. Very arrogant and uncooperative.

  New Thermostat fitted to Electric Boiler

  We had used Bord before and was impressed with his work so called on him again to fix this problem. He is quick, efficient and gives you all the details you need to make an informed decision. I heartily recommend him.

  Baard installed a bath screen.

  My tenants had problems with the shower in the bath tub leaking. Baard had previously done work for us. Although he had consistently been late or not shown up, his work had been good, and we put up with the inconvenience. However, this time, the work has been appalling. The seal on the screen he installed has fallen apart. We've had water leaking into the kitchen.
