  Brendan was great, messaged before coming to say he was on route, work was completed really quickly, an hour for both jobs including having to leave and get parts, job was well done with no mess and a fantastic price, couldn't reccomend highly enough!

  Urgent repair to blockage/damage to toilet

  Prompt response. Came to home on time as agreed. Kept updated as to issues and solutions. Excellent standard of work. An honest and accurate assessment of the problem. Pricing of job was realistic and reasonable. The engineer, Brandon, was extremely personable, helpful and exceptionally tidy in his work.   Brandon to fit vertical radiator

  On appearance the job looked ok. After I noticed pipe with no brackets due to being to far off skirting, I informed him of this, his reply was for me to box it in he could do nothing more. I payed £150 for chrome pipe to save boxing it in. He said he would give us £40 and to get some one else to do the Chrome pipe. It has now been pointed out the radiator is to close to the wall and will affect the efficiency We payed £500. We are wanting guarantees for parts and invoice. He has not answered calls and messages requesting these.
