Investigate leaks and take corrective action

Brian prioritised this job and came round punctually and within a day of being booked, knowing that leaks can spread and become bigger problems if left too late. He was thorough with his initial investigations and then went away to source the relevant parts needed to fix the problems. He came back the very next day to do the corrective work. He communicates well, keeping me informed throughout on progress. I I would be very happy to use Brian again for essential plumbing work if needed in the future.
