Arrived on time and explained what was involved in the job. Offered me useful advice regarding replacement radiators for example where best to install them and how to hide pipes where possible. Bryce presented as very knowledgeable about his trade and very polite and friendly. Would recommend him to others.

Quote given for £190+VAT for Labour charge only and innocently accepted, for just a simple shower mixer tap replacement. Had new mixer tap already and NO other PARTS were needed. Total job was done and dusted in just 20 mins. This time proves there were no issues related to completion of job. We had hoped that Bryce would have adjusted his high quote to a price which more reflects the easy 20 mins job. Unfortunately being too trustful and ignorant of plumbing knowledge I did not question the steep quote. This was held against me by Bryce as 'I was happy to accept the quote'. GOOD WILL Gesture

Fantastic job and great service. Very punctual and efficient and communication was strong.

Had water leak in garage,rang Bryce and arranged for his colleagues to visit the next day.They arrived on time ,were very polite ,and knowledgeable .They located the problem ,explained what it was and what they were going to do to fix it. I was very impressed with Bryce and his team and highly recommend BDM Plumbing and Heating.
