Hourly rate

• Up to 1 hour on-site diagnostic testing and investigation
• Identification of the fault and explanation of findings
• Minor remedial work if time allows (e.g. tightening connections, replacing accessories)
• Advice and quotation for further work if required
• Use of professional testing equipment (e.g. multifunction tester, clamp meter)

• Parts and materials (charged separately if required)
• Parking costs
• Repairs beyond the initial hour (additional time charged at our standard hourly rate)
