• Pre-installation advice and customer consultation
• Site survey (remote or in-person as required)
• Installation of 1x EV charger
• Up to 5 metres of surface-mounted cabling from consumer unit to charger location
• Supply and installation of appropriate protection devices (RCBO, SPD)
• Integration with existing consumer unit
• Testing, certification, and commissioning
• OZEV grant paperwork (if applicable)

• Groundworks or cable runs beyond 5m
• Consumer unit upgrades or additional circuit capacity
• Charger post installation
• Earthing or bonding upgrades if required
• DNO (network operator) permissions or supply upgrades (unless arranged in advance)
• Ongoing maintenance
