We had two relatively minor plumbing/bathroom jobs that needed doing and instantly went for Beardsley Heath, who we have used several times before with excellent results on each occasion, including an entirely new ensuite which was done brilliantly and so who have become our go-to plumber. Kyle fitted us in within 48 hours and as per usual the quality of work was superb. The usual efficiency, professionalism, neatness and great attention to detail. We asked Beardsley Heath to redesign and refit our large family bathroom. Kyle was very helpful at all stages of the project. He took our ideas and delivered a stunning bathroom. Kyle was brilliant from start to finish, he communicated what work would be required, timescales and cost. The work was carried out around the tenants in the property reducing the burden o their life. I would fully recommend this company, they are both fully understanding of individual circumstances and above all professional. Kyle was incredibly helpful from the start advising us on how best to upgrade our existing shower to a new digital shower without having to rip up floorboards or cut into walls. He was always courteous, hard working and got the work completed in the timeframe he promised. Kyle has just completed my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with it. The work is high quality, and was completed in the time frame he suggested. There were certain things I wanted in the bathroom that weren't achievable and Kyle was great at explaining why, and offering alternatives. Kyle and his team did a first rate job of removing a dated bathroom and replacing virtually everything with new over the course of just over 2 weeks. His attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship is excellent. Despite the problems encountered, the searing heat, and the many stairs up and down, they prevailed and remained cheerful throughout! Kyle fitted our family bathroom for us, layed our downstairs flooring in LVT, tiled our en suite and our outside terrace. Throughout the work he’s been a pleasure to have here - he works immaculately clean and the finish of everything he’s done has been to the highest standard. Where we’ve come up against issues (our supplier not supplying something or supplying the wrong thing) he’s been incredibly helpful in resolving the issues without holding up the project.
