Liam was on time, polite and was efficient. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions as he went along. Great work and happy with the result.

We had a shower leak via the thermostat knob that started sipping through the bath wall and floor, having locked the water from the mains. I called several plumbers, as I saw on Checkatrade, with no joy. Ethan picked up the call, was courteous and reassuring, and within minutes confirmed that an engineer would be sent over within an hour or two. The engineer arrived within 45 minutes. His professionalism and care whilst he visited the home were outstanding, from removing his shoes on entrance without being informed to do so, to efficiently mending the leak, and leaving the work area clean.

I had the pleasure to deal with Ethan, Alfie and Sam. Ethan and Sam came very promptly within an hour to do some emergency works. These guys are highly exceptional.
