We chose Ian from around six other builders for our kitchen extension and were really pleased that we did. Can highly recommend Ian and his team for quality building work, dedication, attention to detail, coordination and competitive pricing. The extension was started during the wettest winter for years with footings flooding faster than the excavation work - requiring pumps working round the clock. Ian kept us informed throughout all stages of the construction by his own team - while coordinating with suppliers and trades to ensure the extension was ready in time for the kitchen installers.

I was very lucky to meet Ian Beaven , his professionalism, manner , attention to detail and quality of work is a credit to his industry. He constructed an extension to complete finish including Kitchen , plumbing , all glass works and landscaping . The finished result exceeded our expectations . Ian is extremely easy to work with , his crew are professional, courteous and extremely skilled . Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly without any fuss .
