Demolish outbuilding and put carport in place, erect fence, brick up door and fit window, fit UPVC door

Pointing brickwork and rebuilding wall

Dig out foundations for double extension excavate full drainage and prepare for building
Billy and his team are very organised friendly and professional. He organised my job right from the beginning he showed great consideration for everything. He worked alongside the local authority and building inspectors. The building inspector on my job knew Billy from previous contracts and messaged me explaining this and spoke highly of Billy and his team. Repairs to external wall and additional pointing.
They came out assessed the works discussed all aspects explaining once the pointing was undertaken gutters would not need replacing unlike the other tradesmen had informed me priced the job far less than expected undertook the repairs and pointed the area above the lintel they have done a fantastic job and left my property in tip top condition I would not hesitate to use them again.
