  Left Sam a message regarding a boiler issue I had. Called back within 30 minutes, came and looked at the old boiler. Suggested a new boiler after the money I had spent on the old one. 2 weeks later, Sam arrived earlier than expected, dust sheets layed throughout the house, old boiler removed and new boiler installed very quickly. Went through how the thermostat worked and basic boiler instructions. Very pleased with work, and tidiness. Will be using Sam to service boiler when service is due.

• Inspection of gas leak and fitting of new boiler

  First contacted Sam to inspect a potential gas leak when we had a new gas metre installed by our energy supplier. Sam came to site to inspect the issue. Then booked in for the following day to conduct the work. Capped off unused pipe work and tested all potential connections of where a leak may occur. Gas leak was found on boiler due it being 20 years old. Decided to change boiler to a new model. Sam talked us through all options and even sourced the boiler and parts required for us. From when we found the gas leak to the start of boiler installation was 3 days. Sam was quality. Would recommen
