Install new boiler and associated works

Sam installed a new Worcester boiler, removed two existing boilers and related hot and cold water tanks, installed a new gas pipeline and associated pipework. Sam and his workmate were very quick taking 2.5 days for quite complex changes and was clearly very knowledgable and experienced. He offered a lot of help in deciding the chosen set up. Straightforward throughout and very clean. Not the cheapest but certainly the best, you get what you pay for. Was flexible and helpful when commissioning despite gas board delays. Quick issuance of guarantee documents.

I was put in contact with Beckett's Plumbing and Heating as our boiler broke down and we needed a quick turnaround. Sam contacted me soon after on the same day to confirm the date/time for the installation (arranged for a Saturday). On the day, he arrived on time, and the whole process run smoothly and efficiently, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Sam kindly answered all our questions and gave advice where needed. He left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed. We would highly recommend Beckett’s and use again!

Outstanding service, Sam fitted & configured a brand new boiler within a matter of hours, disposed of our old boiler & fully demonstrated how the new one worked. I was kept in the loop for the whole process & Sam thoroughly checked our rads & hot water to make sure the new boiler was working as expected. He also set up the remote boiler / heating management & helped me get this setup on my phone. Sam had an expert answer for every query I had & I will continue to direct all future heating & plumbing enquiries to Sam. Thanks again!

Sam was brilliant from start to finish - from the initial quote (where he was helpful, honest and realistic about the work that needed doing), to the installation and then clearing up when everything was done. His communication was great and everything was clear and well-explained. He did a fantastic job and also sorted out another couple of things that needed doing linked to the boiler which was really kind of him. I would recommend Sam and his company without a doubt! A really good, positive and professional service.
