Needed a second key for my F80 BMW M3 and after looking round, found Bedfordshire Auto Locks to be not only offer a great price but great service too. All questions and queries answered promptly and also very accommodating doing the job at my partner’s work. There was a small mistake whereby the keys didn’t quite match colour-wise, but it was an honest mistake which they rectified within 24 hours. We all make mistakes and didn’t take away from our 10/10 experience. Have already recommended to friends and family and would definitely use again. Many thanks!

Andy Fensom was engaged to create a duplicate car key. However, during his 3.5-hour visit, he rendered my vehicle inoperable, deleted the original key, and left it unusable in the driveway. Subsequent repairs by another company were required to correct the damage he caused, including boot lining damage, harm to major components, and complete vehicle disablement. Mr. Fensom's subsequent claim that the issue is my responsibility, despite his admitted lack of understanding of the situation, is unacceptable. His demonstrably incompetent performance.

I cannot rate Bedfordshire Autolocks highly enough. From the initial enquiry to completion of the job, dealing with Andy has been a breeze. He arrived on time and completed the job without any hassle. He also fixed the key I had been given with the new car, at no extra cost I would highly recommend them.

Great service from Andy Fensom - and a fair price.

Andy was very professional, took the time to sort the issue out and didn't seem in a rush. Clearly focused on making sure the job is done correctly, would recommended and use again.

There was a hitch when the wrong replacement was sent but Andy did everything I would have wanted him to do and came back to me as soon as the correct key came in.
