Pat and his team did an excellent job building my new orangery and were a pleasure to have around. Pat is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and ensured all work was completed to a good standard. He kept me up-to-date about when to expect deliveries and people on site which I appreciated. Pat also organised the delivery of a portaloo for the duration of the building works and a skip at the end to leave the site clean and tidy.

Great job from Pat and the other guys. Communication was spot on and the work was carried out as agreed and to an excellent standard. I also felt it was really good value for money given the work involved. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We're really happy with the work, Pat was friendly and helpful from the start, thinking about lots of things we hadn't considered. He planned out the job carefully, everything happened in order and without problems. All of the process was communicated clearly with us, and the work barely impacted on the rest of the house. The finished room looks amazing, all the plastering, electrics, plumbing and woodwork finished to a high quality. We can't wait to use it. Outside the new wall and window fits in with the rest of the house. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Pat arrived to discuss what I wanted for my open fire, took measurements to investigate. Contacted two days later to confirm that what I wanted was not possible without extensive work and expense. Decided not to go ahead but would definitely contact Pat again for future building work.

Pat carried out the stone work and block work on 38 new homes we constructed over a ten year period. Couldn’t have wished for a better subcontractor with excellent time keeping and first class workmanship. No hesitation in recommending him for any project you may have.
