Double storey extension

Dean Porter took on this build fully aware of the hostile situation with our neighbours who had opposed planning consent. He managed the situation in a very diplomatic manner.We are very satisfied with the construction work, Dean has an eye for detail and sets a high standard of finish.He is very approachable and gives regular updates on the build.Any necessary changes are discussed and priced.He also worked welll with our Architect who was overseeing the build.We have no reservation in recommending Beechwood Renovations.

Roof repair and structural improvements on front of house

Dean provided fantastic service. He was called to fix a leak and other damage to the roof of our Victorian house and to fix a structural issue of the bay window on the first floor. He was very efficient and and completed the work to the highest of standards. The brickwork on the front of the house is impeccable and does blends in to the rest brilliantly. Also, not being a builder myself, Dean provided ongoing assurance through the process and explained exactly what he was doing and why, which put me at ease. All work sites were left immaculate and I would use his services again, no doubt!
