I called Beewise with a problem with my smoke alarms which was nothing to do with my house alarm and explained the dog was petrified of the noise and wouldn’t come in the house i had to sit in the garden with her, Mel rang Hollie who rescheduled her job and came straight over to change over both my smoke alarm batteries and didn’t even charge me! What a lovely girl and a credit to the company thank you so much, this is a company who really do lool after their customers and aren’t greedy!

After recently having CCTV fitted , accidentally by a family member the hard drive box was dropped, Jimmy &Mel have been amazing at getting this sorted for me , which must have been soul destroying for them after going to such trouble to fit it so beautifully, they didn’t try and sell me a new box or anything that I didn’t need , just ordered a part for me and sorted ASAP, Alex kindly helped me with accessing the cameras on my phone too . What a cracking firm and people they are , very highly recommended.

Brill comms from the team, quick turn around from quote to installation. Managed to hide the wires well, was done quick and efficient. Professional service and highly recommend 🐝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

new alarm system. when I called Bee wise I agreed an appointment to give me an estimate .the representative arrived on time as agreed. and we agreed the price and install date. Bee Wise arrived on time and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently .then demonstrated the operation. I had no problems with this company and would recommend them every time

Excellent service. So helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Needed to replace a battery on the main alarm and fit new smoke alarms. Hollie was exceptional as were the the entire team at Bee Wise.

I found beewise very polite, efficient and always on time. Hollie and Riley have done a superb install and very tidy work, would highly recommend.
