    I first met Ben in 2017 and numerous times between then and now. I was very impressed from the start, and have remained impressed with the honest and efficient service Ben has provided and the perfect fitting of a toilet seat! The real-time tracking so that you can see exactly when Ben will arrive means that you are able to use the time of the appointment efficiently and is far better than a surprise! I have now switched to a service plan as a reflection of the trust for the service that Ben provides. BeeXpress is a business that deserves to be in business and that gives me piece of mind.

    Thorough and reliable

    Ben from Beexpress has done a brilliant job in servicing and updating my central heating system. He worked to ensure that everything was completed to a high standard and showed great attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use him again.

    Poor experience

    Not a good experience to be honest. Guy from BeeXpress came to assess boiler and after diagnostic told boiler is working and offered boiler care plan. As soon as he left, boiler is it was before. Unfortunately no response to email or phone call about persisting problem

    Helpful, friendly, trustworthy

    Ben is always helpful and friendly. We have the service plan so that we can get our boiler serviced regularly, and also get a discount on other work that needs doing. This has been especially useful as we have just moved into a house where the heating system has a number of problems which have needed sorting. It's great to have a trustworthy plumber who turns up when he says he will!

    Central Heating was always working and the three way valve wasn’t working.

    He was reliable and turned up at the house when he said and gave me a call to say he was close by. Polite and professional.
