Re-plumbed the central heating
Ben turned up when he said he would. Worked quietly efficiently and tidily. When he had t buy extra material came straight back. Did not stop for dinner and finished the job in the time he said he would. He was ballroom explain what he had done. And also stuck to his quote which was vtcompstative

Prompt, professional, pleasant
I am one of Ben’s previous customers from his old manor in London. He was kind enough to do a small but essential plumbing job for me recently. It took a couple of visits because we had to wait for the water company to fix their side of the problem. Ben obviously knows his stuff and is a cheerful and reliable tradesman. I highly recommend him.

Ben was really responsive and flexible about getting the appointment booked. He was friendly, quick and efficient at completing the job and talked me through what he'd done. Will happily use again for next year's boiler service.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks and replacing shower controls.
All of my tenants said that this plumber was polite, professional, did an excellent job and tidied up after him. He contacted the tenant to arrange a time that was convenient to both of them and was punctual. He also kept me up to date about the appointment and when the work was completed.
