  Extension

  We contracted Frank and Brendan to do our ground floor extension They were both very responsive and great to deal. Our build took longer than expected but we are extremely happy with the end result. We would highly recommend them and have done so already.

  Full remodel of terraced house including rear extension

  There were two things that were really important to us when looking for a contractor for our home renovation and extension: (1) people who we enjoyed working with and (2) great attention to detail on finishings. Happily, we met Frank and Brendan through a local recommendation. We can't recommend them highly enough - the work was always on time (on some occasions quicker than advised), on budget, to a great standard and done in a professional and friendly manner. The same goes for their extended team who were a pleasure to have around. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

  Garden created - tiling, raised beds etc. Smaller jobs around the house.

  I originally wanted my garden work done but then asked for extra internal jobs to be done. I was aware of extensive work they had carried out on a house nearby which I had been able to view and speak to the satisfied owners about. Apart from being happy with the work they did for me I found them very easy to communicate with on any issue I needed to discuss and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them as I already have to friends.

  Complete house renovation

  We had a great experience with Bellaghy Developments. The job was done to a good standard, any issues were solved promptly and Brendan, who was in charge of the project, was reliable, knowledgeable, easy to reach and very friendly. Any changes we wanted to make during the works were done with no problems. We are now finalising snagging works and we are absolutely delighted with our new house. We would highly recommended this company.

  Loft and Kitchen Extension

  We were very pleased with the standard of the work. Brendan and Frank were always polite and courteous. Both were on site whenever required for example Brendan for carpentry and Frank for general building and ground work. They were very helpful and kept us informed of the progress of the work . When some legal issues regarding the build arose they both actively worked hard to help resolve those issues to allow the build to continue. The depth of technical knowledge displayed by both Brendan and Frank was excellent and made the build progress very smoothly.
