Bells supplied and fitted my whole house in 2017 and I've since recommended them to friends and family. My parents and my wifes parents are renovating their homes and were going to go to Bells for their fit-outs. I contacted them as one of the 'perfect fit' blinds I had installed has broken. Not only were they unwilling to help me, the Manager who answered the phone was very rude and put the phone down on me. I spent thousands of pounds with them, albeit some years ago but that shouldn't have any baring on their customer service. I didn't ask for any free support and was willing to pay.

Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful. We were looking for white wooden Venetian blinds for our lounge bay window. We went to see Elaine at the Romford branch- she showed us what types of styles they had, a few days later we had someone come down to measure up and within two weeks, Darren came to fit our blinds. Darren was thorough and very efficient! Everyone we’ve spoken to have been so friendly and helpful- the finish has been great and we will definitely be back when it comes to upgrading the blinds upstairs! Highly recommended!
