  We needed a new bannister fitted to our staircase and David was our first choice to do the job (as usual) . He made sure we had a few choices and we ended up with a very attractive light-oak rail set-up. The job was done to our schedule and we're delighted with it and the quality of workmanship. We already have a fencing project lined up for David to do next. Can't recommend this man highly enough.

• Bath Fitting

  Took out shower and fitted bath (previous occupants removed bath and fitted shower unit). The bath size was not standard and there were issues sourcing one therefore. Dave kept me up to date with progress and due to being let down by a supplier was very apologetic and suggested alternative options. 1. Wait until he could source the right sized bath. 2. Purchase a standard size bath and cut it into the wall. I went for option 2. Dave completed the work in a day. He was tidy, friendly and did not charge for the extra work involved. Excellent service, excellent workmanship and definately recommended.

  David did an excellent job of fitting our new shower ( shower, shower tray , enclosure etc) . He made sure he knew our requirements and kept us abreast of every detail of the job. Every aspect of the plumbing and joinery was excellent and he and Kyle (apprentice) were friendly , courteous and efficient. This is the third job David has done for us in a matter of months and it won't be the last . I recommend him very highly.

• Replace existing decking

  Dave and Kyle are tremendous workers. Nothing was too much trouble answering all my questions and giving advice / alternatives where needed. The job was at the top of a steeply sloping garden requiring many trips up and down with tools and materials, all carried out with good humour and enthusiasm. Great quality workmanship too. Would definitely use Bell's Building Services again.
