Painting and decorating inside and outside of a large Grade II listed cottage
Internal and external painting to a very high standard in challenging conditions (Feb- Mar 2020). Good choice of materials and well finished. Dealt with all of the quirks of an old property and showed good problem solving skills. Replaced window panes and rescued dodgy frames and window ledges. Interior decorating of several rooms
Work was completed ahead of my expected timescale and to the standard required. Jim was flexible and cooperative and any disruption (of me, working from home, and my pets) was kept to a minimum. We were impressed with the work carried out and would recommend Jim. He gave a competitive quote and also good advice around paint types to use. He was highly efficient when carrying out the painting, but without sacrificing quality. Jim also did a couple extra bits of work that were outside the quote, but without charging. Jim Davey has completed the work to my complete satisfaction. Very high standard of workmanship. Very polite and eager to ensure work is carried out to my satisfaction.
