Their attention to detail and passion really shows in the final result—we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space!

Rob & his team have been absolutely amazing! We hired them to redo our bathroom/toilet, electricals, radiator/pipe work and throughout the process, their communication and quality of work have been outstanding! They went above and beyond, helping us reach out to companies to enquire about the items we were buying to make sure everything was fit for purpose. Unluckily, we had a series of faulty heating elements and they persevered with us, making sure they did everything to troubleshoot and fix it. They are trustworthy and reliable and would definitely recommend them! Thank you for everything!

The quoting process was brilliant, i felt i needed to review this because over the years where i have had contractors do work, the paperwork has always been sub standard, BEM stepped it up in this area, so well done!

Using BEM Projects was great and hassle free, they were brilliant from start to finish. Onsite everything ran really well they were always on time and kept us informed on any developments that happened. We were really pleased with the end result. Even before they got to site we worked with them on designs and budgets to meet our needs so when it came time to build we got what we wanted and there were no nasty surprises. Would recommend these for anyone that wants to build but doesn't want the hassle BEM made it so easy with their turnkey service

BEM were recommended to us by a neighbour after having them in for a loft conversion, we were looking to have an extension to back and side on our property. The surveyor was honest in the amount of work required vs what would be achieved in extra space which was refreshing and in the end they saved us quite a bit on price! We now have a wonderful open plan kitchen diner! Would highly recommend the team here and am planning to get them back for a bathroom refurb.

BEM were excellent with the build; from the beginning of the design process, Rob and his team were very knowledgeable regarding the planning process, as we live in a listed building, this can be quite tricky. They advised on choosing materials, excellent on keeping to the budget, kept us informed with weekly meetings; making sure we were happy with everything. The team were very respectful of our home, kept the site clean, tidy and safe throughout the build. When we had a problem once it was finished, they came back immediately and fixed it. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
