Communication issues
The plumber that Benard Plumbing sent to fix my broken toilet was courteous, hard-working and did everything possible to fix my problem, even when it took longer than they had anticipated. I cannot fault the actual job. Unfortunately Benard Plumbing did not reply to my messages when nobody turned up at the appointment time, and their plumber arrived five hours later.Verified reviewerJob location: B25
